You must let them go so they may return better than they left.

The Holy Spirit began to minister to me about the dove that was released on Noah's ark. It took Noah over 100 years to prepare for the assignment the Lord put before him. Noah had no idea what he was up against. All he had was a promise made from God. He submit and surrendered himself to a season of being isolated and ridiculed by others who thought it be impossible, who thought he was a fool and who did not believe the promise the Lord gave him. But he stood firm as he allowed God to lead and guide. He tucks his family away in this ark as the world filled up with water to the skies. No way to look out, no way of knowing what was going on, on the outside or if he would truly see the promise be fulfilled. The water and the wind was rough as they were tossed back and forth, much like the warfare we experience. Until one day...its calm.

Noah goes to the top of the ark and releases a dove. 7 days later the dove returns with an olive branch. Imagine what that dove saw in 7 days while it was gone. Imagine the long flight it flew over a body of water with no where in sight to perch or rest. Empathize with the torment that dove had in its mind as it had no idea where or if it would land.

The dove finally sees only one place for it to land, on an olive tree. Olive trees are symbolic of peace. The dove finally felt peace in the arms of the branches. It rested and sat for a while in the presence of peace. It needed to build up its endurance and began calculating how it would fly back to whom it belonged. It flies back, this time with the assurance that the one he was first joined with is waiting on its return. But this time, it returns with the many lessons and experiences it had on that trip with no where to land but one place. The place of peace. It returns with a piece straight from the source, an olive branch.

The Olive tree represents God. The Dove is your spouse. You are Noah.

You must let them go so they may return better than they left. The best thing you can do for your spouse and the restoration of your marriage is let your spouse leave the ark.

Reasons why:

-Your spouse needs to fall without you so they can encounter God

-You need to learn God on a deeper level

-Your spouse needs to see the grass is not greener on the other side. There is no grass...just bodies of never ending water

-You need healing and deliverance

-You both need a reset and God needs to put divine order in the home

-You need to fall in love with God more than your spouse

-You need peace

-You need purpose and calling

-You both need transformation

Do not get in the way. Just as God prepared Noah, he has prepared you. Faith is trusting blindly.
